Refund policy
Rainbow Pixie offers a 14 day returns policy on all items that are in stock, and ready to ship. This also includes products that are 'Printed on demand'.
Returns are by request only, you can make a request quickly and easily by sending an email to:
rainbowpixiecrafts@gmail.com with the heading entitled "Return Request".
Unwanted Items returned to us must be in a saleable condition with original packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to only partially refund or deny a refund if the product is returned damaged, or missing original tags.
Items that are returned to us for being faulty must be returned in the condition they were received. We may sometimes offer a replacement instead of a refund,
Items that are custom made to order cannot be returned as unwanted items, though we can accept a return if the item arrived damaged or faulty. In these cases we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine the fault, and repair and / or replace.
